Customer Segmentation

Problem

You have a few very different customer types, so it's ineffective to email them all the same newsletter. You want to be able to segment your customers so that you can send them more targeted offers that lead to higher conversion rates.

Solution

Use a machine learning clustering algorithm to determine how many clusters of customers you have. Then, place each customer in the appropriate segment so that you're sending a unique offer that's irresistible to each segment.
